1 year into this journey, an anniversary of sorts. 2/3 of the way to the goal date, and I am 60% to my goal. Not perfect, but 60 lbs is a lot to loose. I am getting faster and stronger, even if the weight isn't coming off right now. Last year I did great in the fall, I am hoping to repeat the trend. Working on a plan to kick it into high gear and finish strong. Here's hoping!

Good for you!! 60 lbs. is awesome in a year. As you get smaller and closer to your goal it will be harder to lose as much, but you can do it. I'm the opposite of you, I do so much better in the spring and summer than fall, I think it's because of all of the unhealthy things that start creeping in with Halloween candy and Thanksgiving yummies. Good luck!!
