Lagi PMS,Kebingungan krn dari puasa mendadadak berubah jadwal makan lg,nah biar badan ga kaget,makan nya pelan2 dulu,ini makan siangku dan skrng lg seneng sm sayur yg ga direbus biar vitamin gak nyangkut kepanasan (btw jgn lupa cuci bersih sayur mentah ny)
