So, my doc referred me to physical medicine who then referred me to a Kinesiologist in order to strengthen my weak back. First day at a gym in 20 years about killed me - and it was only an hour. I was pathetic, y'all. And the ONLY thing I was thinking was what this'll do for this week's weigh in (oh yeah, I went there)!

Back pain is a bear. Waking up those back muscles is a challenge, but I know you'll do it! In the meantime, you have my sincerest [g]ympathy!

I have issues with my back as well. I feel like I'm just going to break in half, going backwards though, not forwards. I'm also losing to try to lessen the back pain and get off narcotic pain killers. They mess with my head. Good luck.
