Snaccident! 6 chewy chocolate chip cookies later, looks like I blew about 300 calories I didn’t have to spend. 🙄🤷🏻♀️ eaten so guiltily, so quickly... and my already full belly gurgles with angry pain.
It was a snaccident. I opened the cookies for my son and I enjoyed two greedy handfuls. It’s not actually the end of the world, but you’re right if it seems like I’m beating myself up. Just so I can really explore what just happened.
My calories are still at only 1300 for the day, but I know if I stay at 1100 or less, I lose usually. It’s ok, but I gotta say, while I’m not hungry (nor was I) it was my intention to make stovetop popcorn later. That won’t happen. I’m a little disappointed 😞 I love popcorn more than those lousy,, cheap cookies.
A psych nurse told me mid meltdown years ago, that I didn’t have to worry, that I would get to eat again. Thaats all she said, and it was so enlightened. All my years of starvation and wantimg was a way of my own perceived control... but in depriving myself, I created beast.
