Happy Saturday! Can't wait until this afternoon - I am going with a friend to get pedicures. It has been a long time!
Now, to get back on topic - eating went well yesterday and I fully intend to repeat the pattern today. In the past, every time I lost a little weight I'd get distracted and wander off course. This time around I'm determined to catch myself straying and nip it in the bud.
