Rain and cooler temps here this morning. Very happy about that.

Weight went up 1.4 lbs overnight. Not so happy about that. No reason for it either but then that is how this process goes.

I had one Lime-a-Rita last night. 220 calories for one silly drink. YIKES!!!Must buy light beer today for when it is really hot and I want something cold and alcoholic.

Anyway. Life goes on.

I have 2 grants left to review. Very excited about that. My consensus call isn't until later this month. Can't say more about that. Confidentiality requirements.

Not sure what is on the horizon for today. Much depends on hubby's bladder function. Yesterday was a tough one. He was leaking. A lot. Of course he thinks the worse. Hopefully today he'll have more control. Send positive bladder function waves my way please!!!

Since it is cooler I think I might start the laundry. Haven't done it in two weeks because it has just been too hot. Also might do a little clinical supervision later. And of course, perhaps finish those two grant reviews.

I do feel like I'm back on track with eating but I sure would like to see that scale slip down quicker. But don't we always want that? I did not do Pilates yesterday so I really should today. Still waking up though. One thing at a time.

The heat really take it out of me. I feel like a slug. Sitting at the computer for hours doesn't help. But the money is good so what's a girl to do?!!

We are impatient people aren't we? I want to weigh 135 today. I didn't g want to rest after any injury or surgery I wanted to move full steam ahead. Sometimes life decides to knock us on our butt. Hope hubby sees the good and the progress : ) keep on thepath we will get there.

So glad its cooler..I tell ya the heat will zap you and make you swell..So don't worry too much about that gain..Sending bunches of healing waves to your DH..So glad I got my laundry done..and I am really glad I don't have any ironing..Have a great day...:O)
