Thanks, diet, exercise and discipline got me here. I don’t have to count calories anymore as I eat when I’m hungry and until I’m full. My body is fully adapted to protein and fat as fuel, I have almost no carbs at all and not missing them. As I have told others, the carnivore diet isn’t for everyone but it is working magnificently for me, the keto diet I was on helped my transition to full carnivore 😊

Quick question I have been on keto since 2 Jan 2018 and lost a lot of weight. However I have spent a fortune on probiotics. Do you have a secret to digestive health or how you are handling getting enough fibre, thanks

Fibre is a non digestible carbohydrate, it isn’t necessary. I drink plenty of water to help the digestive system, because meat doesn’t have any non digestible carbohydrates in it the body doesn’t require help other than what every body needs which is water. Yoghurt from cows milk is a good option for probiotics. Now the carbs in cows milk yoghurt can be high, however, the older it gets the less carbs are in it. The live bacteria feed on the sugar (lactose) in the yoghurt until it is all consumed, the by product is the liquid on the top, it is important to stir this in to the yoghurt as this is what will help the gut flora if needed.

Thanks for the reply. I was having about 3l of water a day but still having issues hence probiotics to help. I will have a relook at my diet as I reckon I need to go full Keto for at least another 2 months
