I went to Mom's yesterday and did NOT open the candy jar. Go me! It wasn't that hard to resist actually. But I do have to go over there today, so I need to steel my resolve.

I did pretty good yesterday, but I did not feel well. I got super tired around noon and had to lie down. Still recovering and my stomach hurt and felt bloated. After I got up, I got a lot of housework done and probably overdid it. I need to take it easy today.

I want to avoid all bread, rice, and sweets again today. I put out some steak for tonight. Maybe some broccoli to go with it would be good.

My goal is to lose about 10 pounds before my daughter comes home on 6/5 for a visit. That would put me under 200, which would be motivating.
