Another successful day at work. I did not eat at all until I left on break, went home said had 3 pieces of fruit, tuna fish, a chicken breast, and boiled egg! 😂 I’m comfortable, I’m energized, and I’m happy! I’ll be set until supper, so I’ll have to remember that awesome combo of protein and carbs- fructose anyhow.
On a serious note, I feel myself developing new coping mechanisms, as food has always been my go-to. I’m relentless about my diet, and I won’t let anyone steal my sunshine. I’m forcing myself to smile and laugh, and I’m noticing more energy and more focus, for sure. I know for a fact that my impulsive behavior with sweets was zapping my energy and I felt stressed as a result.
Feeling so good today.
