Pudding
Get a really good organic nonfat plain yogurt, organic is really creamy with less sour taste. Mix one cup with plain cocoa, to taste. Add splenda or stevia or sweetner of choice, no sugar of course. It's not chocolate pudding by all means but it is chocolaty, sweet and satisfying. The yogurt is filling. You have had your sweet and also a dairy serving. Yum. You can even add crushed almonds or almond flavor or even a 0 calorie hazelnut syrup in the coffee section in the grocery store. It is not sweet so you do have to add a sweetner. A little imagination goes a sweet way.
Have fun with it.

side dishes
scrub idahos or other large potatoes and cut into wedges (french fry like). Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake at 400 degrees. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste. Best thing next to a french fry and a lot healthier. You could also use sweet potatoes in same recipe. Enjoy.
