I am suffering under a stall /stop /stall since Jan. For me...I just have to 'act as if' .... Hang in there...consider the alternatives....My best to you. Know you are not alone here. KCKO!

I was stalled for about three weeks back at the end of January through early February. At that point I did a longer fast, carefully, and then started incorporating IF 2 days a week, an 18/6 schedule. It re started my loss and I felt great. I still use IF 2 days a week and do one 24 hour fast once every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Because I'm doing Keto, I feel great and don't have the energy dips or hunger or cravings. Maybe do some IF if you're not? You'll keep dropping, sometimes our bodies just readjust.

Your in that tough stage of weight loss where you have to flex,daily calories of 1100-1300 ,sometimes one day of 1000+, your thinning out, so your calories will have to be lower on some days. I am in that stage now myself.
