I am definitely up In the scale from all the goodies the past few days. I am proud of myself for weighing myself, I knew it would be bad. I learned from this and I am moving forward. Back to business!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
