Yesterday I was out and around. I decided to sit in my car and read instead of driving with the sun in my eyes. I decided to have one serving of Korean BBQ Prk Rinds. I ate the whole bag. This morning I am down .1# and am not hungry. I also wasn't hungry when I got home so didnt eat dinner--the pork rinds WERE my dinner. I could have had a steak!! Choices, choices. Next time I plan to think of a place I can get something to eat that has more nutrition and I'm taking the snacks out of my car!!
