Try the ACV/Potassium/Lemon/Water Drink. 1 tbsp. ACV, 1 tsp. No Salt, 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice, 8 oz. water. My Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure have both dropped. I'm cutting back on my medication now and my numbers are still getting better.
