Well, I flat-lined again this week. At the risk of sounding complacent (Hi Sandy), I'm not too disappointed. This week was spent digging out of last week's hole.
Am having one of those days that I feel I can take on anything! Of course it helps that I only have to work 2 days this week! And I have a nice game plan for Thanksgiving (GG - Thanks again for your help).

Buffy, I thought flat lined meant your heart stops beating..or thats the way it is on tv with the movies....So glad your only going to have to work 2 days this week...enjoy your time off...☺

Buffy you didn't flat line, you encountered some speed bumps ! Having to work only 2 days adds a little spring to your step, doesn't it ? Enjoy your time off :)

Bren - look at the big horizontal line on my graph - now doesn't that look just like the flat line on the heart monitor when someone's heart stops beating?

It looks like my speed bumps are similiar to yours Buffy, still better then going upwards, maybe our bodies are just aclimating to the new size and shape. It gives our brains time to adjust to it all too.

Yvonne and Jen - OK - from now on I'll refer to them as speed bumps!

Buffy looks a little bumpy to me...but at least you have a line...LOL
|
Buffy...not to worry, just relax, it will be OK, in the grand scheme of things, like the rest of your life, your line is only "flat-ish" for a short time. Patients & perserverance (I don't think I spelled that), it's winning the war that counts!
Good luck with the cheesecake, I took it to Easter & it went over very well!

Hi Buffy! You're not complacent if you're focusing on something (digging out from last week) that keeps your weight steady. You're still working and making this WOE a priority. Let's hear it for 2-day work-weeks!!!
