I have struggled with weight loss for many years and if you are not feeling good on your current plan, change it up a bit, try a different approach. You may find success and enjoy the change. Good luck!

I ate that pizza yesterday 2 slices was yummy. Today my guts are not happy! Stomach pains and a lot of loud gurgling.. lol #when yourfoodfightsback My boss pointed out perhaps I have a gluten sensitivity im not aware of..
