Doing well, scale going down at least after being stalled for months. I haven't been exercising nearly as much as I should be - but am doing well. Hope everyone is well, I am off the artificial sweeteners...

Thanks Buffy - every pound counts and I think I will do well in the coming weeks and months and get back to just below 200 for a morning weigh-in, which is where I want to be... I am getting used to drinking unsweetened flavored or black tea. The weather is nice this morning after rain again all day yesterday. This weekend a warm-up so I will try to get some walks in as the weather will be better...

Thanks Karen and Stef - I am doing well, of course when they weigh you at the MDs office it is with heavy clothes, after a meal and a lot of water, but the morning weigh-ins are well below 220 so that is what counts and the scale is tipping downward. I am going to try to go for a walk tomorrow, it may be a long one, I need a haircut and then have to go get meds and I want to get a pair of sneakers. I know eliminating the artificial sweeteners is the right thing to do too now and I won't eat them anymore my twin sister told me years ago she stopped using them and I realized it was something that needed to be done and instead of getting a diet soda if I'm out somewhere I'll buy seltzer water...
