Kept my calorie intake under 1500 calories. 15 minutes or so of aerobic type exercises followed by abdominal exercises for about 5 minutes. After that it was 30 minutes on the stationary bike doing an interval workout. I'd like to get to 235 by the start of little league baseball. Coach should be able to fit into baseball pants without the danger of splitting them. Last year it was gym short and a jersey. We'll see how it goes. I'm sticking with it.
254.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
