This one’s for you Anne I’m amusing myself re getting leaner - changed my cycling heavy week to more hill climbing and started jogging on my “in between” days just around the local park just under 5 miles milk float pace 🤣🤣🤣🤣 reducing my food intake also - I’m actually quite enjoying the observation of data in correlation with my “ Wizard of Oz” tin man body feel when I wake up !

It is good to mix things up and do different routines now and then. Hill climbing on the bike is awesome exercise. It was the coming down at speed I didn't like!! I know what you mean about the tin man experience. It's an age thing!!
