Ruthe, we each, of course, must find a way of eating that works for us, but I am living proof that you can eat lots of carbs and still lose weight. Hope you have a great week!

I just ate some Lindora Chocolate Poppers with 5 grams of added sugar. Now I want some more. That's my reaction to sugar carbs and 11 grams total carbs (15 g protein). Now I really will have to fight myself to not have more. To keep under 20-30 carbs I will probably have romaine salad with my dinner fat and protein. In the mean time, I'm thinking of going to the Haster Basin Park to read--get my mind off of food and no food available--just water.

I understand Ruthe I know that feeling but just don't give up as long as you are doing you best that is all that matters I been excerising since the 19th of November I have measured and there has been no change in inches but I'm going to keep going and be patient with myself and allow my FSF to keep me inspired you do the same be blessed 😊🙏🤗💪❤️🦋
