1.9 ketones I think my weight has hit a set point. That's good for now to maintain. However I need/ want to see the next 9# gone on the scale. I appear to be back in ketosis so hunger ought to be in check so it'll be easier to eat according to plan. I think 9# for the month of January is a reasonable goal. To accomplish that goal it will be wise to eat adequate low carb veggies, meats, fish and fats as well as 99 oz. of water a day. In addition at least 15 minutes weight-bearing housekeeping 6 days a week. I can only do my part with God's help and strength as I trust Him for the outcome day by day. He does good work for He is good and He is love. He is my strength and my song. In Him will I trust. For He is worthy of my trust. He is faithful.
