Things are still about the same - no better, no worse. Weight has held the past couple days. Now have 6 bush beans peeping through and 9 pole beans making their appearance. They look kinda puny, though, and something keeps getting into the pots and digging up holes. I hope they'll all survive and thrive. And, I hope all of YOU will survive and thrive during these uncertain times. No matter what is going on around you, God is still on the throne.

Debbie I'm growing watermelons and avocados, well trying too. The avocado tree is pretty tall, the watermelon plants not so much. I keep them on my screened in porch.
who knows God does. 😃🙏

Clairesheart_ it is my experience with attempting to garden in a screened in porch is the pollination process which is typically done by bees. If you are not self pollinating it is more likely than not you won't see any produce. Or, leave the door ajar so the bees can get inside.

Those holes might be squirrels... they bury their food

Good point about the screened porch. I wouldn't have thought about that. My green beans are on an open deck. We have a LOT of squirrels on our property. In fact, the guy who lives with us feeds them peanuts. Usually they are in the back yard, but maybe some have migrated to the front. When the whatever-it-is digs, it doesn't cover back up the hole. It does its digging in the daytime, right under my nose, but I've never seen it doing it. Thanks for the input, guys.
