ok, made it through the weekend with the kids :-) Left the vino & beer alone, but we did have take out from our fav thai restaurant, I didn't eat the rice, choose to have some green leafy vegies I had in frig for my base to the chicken ginger dish which was fabulous. I did have a thai roll & shrimp in a blanket which was fried but thats ok, since I did not overeat as I would have in the past. AND there was a loss this morning :-) Hope all is having a good day and take care to ALL in FS land :-)
