Things that make you go mmmmm! I almost didn’t record the weight gain it must be water I don’t see how I can gain 5 pounds overnight. I did have more sodium yesterday then what I am used to. I might try and fast today.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
