Today was a good food day. I watched "Weight of the Nation", all four episodes, online. If that doesn't cure your appetite, nothing will. I highly recommend it.

I watched "My Big Fat Fetish" and my heart goes out to those women - they seem to love being a "gainer" with their "loving" partner being the "feeder" - but I'm sorry the reality is that it is just pure abuse disguised as love - but that is my opinion....

Steph, the episodes just verify what we, on here, know, very graphically. They make you realize why we're doing this. It definitely has helped me refocus. And, yes you are the dear, dear sister of my heart.

Triaby, one of those women was on Dr Phil yesterday . . . "the world's fatest bride." She has also been on Dr Oz. All I can say is, those people are so sick and deluded. It's one thing to have good self-image and work with what you have to be healthy. It's another to commit suicide and, in the case of the "feeders," murder. In what sick hell do their minds dwell?

I couldn't agree more - I don't know if you want the graphics, but the programme last night showed one woman being fed with a funnel and tube (like they feed geese for foie gras) - it was horrendous. I was trying to understand it, I think it is like S&M but instead of whips and chains they use food...both practices I don't get and really think these people need professional help.
