Breakfast: 2-oz medium-rare Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin (seasoned with Worcestershire & lemon pepper), and 2 large Eggs, all pan-fried in Copper Chef pan. (I actually cooked a 3-oz. steak serving, but got full before I finished, so I gave my husband the last ounce.) Today was a day where I wanted to eat a lot. Thankfully, I was able to DO that, and still stay within my ranges. I need to start increasing my dietary fiber. Had my two-year-old grandson for about 3 hours today, so I got a lot more exercise than usual. I also STARTED taking the ornaments off the Christmas tree, and wrapped several birthday gifts. Didn’t get to spend as much time as I would have liked to in responding to LCHF posts today. Hopefully, I’ll catch up tomorrow!
