Lost 5lbs on my usual morning weigh in from last week. 10 more to go. Just need to keep on choosing healthier options... Anyone have any tips on getting thru those after dinner cravings??
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
