12/16 1 hour circuit morning workout @ gym & 45 minutes of tennis at the park

Step ups, air squats for quick cardio warmup and stretches.

3 sets Landmine row 60 pounds total

2 sets Push-ups 4 little step tiers off the floor (so close!)👍

3 sets Incline dumbbell press w/feet raised 20lb bells

3 sets Pec flyes

2 sets Smith rack squats 45 pounds

3 sets Inner thigh machine 140 lbs

3 sets Exterior thigh machine 100 lbs

Calf raises

Floor stretch @ cool down
