Today's workout was @ home using my trainer's idea of setting up a circuit. Here are the details of what I did:
Set up circuit @ home: dance & stretch warmup:
left and right high kicks down the hallway,
dumbbell bench press,
weighted squats,
bench: pec flys,
side squats down hallway
push-ups
One each until I had done 3 sets of 15 each w/ 3 count hold on final rep.
Then floor work inner thigh raises to ceiling w/ankle weight + 10lb dumbbell resting on inner thigh- 3 sets alternating sides--
finished w/stretch. Great 45 min sweaty @ home workout. 💪
