Keto/Low Carb post workout meal:

4 cups organic romaine tossed in locally homemade blue cheese dressing, 3 local eggs cooked in the microwave w/ splash of half&half, 1/3 of an avocado, hot sauce Yamato roasted pumpkin seeds, ground pepper, sea salt. 😋
