Really a challenge. I just started IF in my Keto plan. I enjoy it in that I am getting a handle on reigning in my window of eating and relearning and understanding how my body sends signals that I need to eat. Not such an emotional event these past few weeks . but one meal at 5pm...that is way beyond my league!

Judy rose- I totally hear you- I discovered at this stage of Keto my body 'wants' IF and it feels amazing doesn't it? Zero desire for a meal before the eating window and even then- so calm and so different from the way I felt a year ago with my tummy always grumbling and the blood sugar issues. 😊 Happy its working for you too! 😊 Exercising in a fasted state feels amazing too if you haven't tried that yet-anything really -walking etc. Cheers
