Did not exercise yesterday. Unless you count lugging a laptop case around all day... that thing is heavy! Feel good about the weigh in, as lost 2 pounds even though on travel this week. I made it home at 5 p.m. yesterday - skipped the exercise and spent the time with the hubby sitting on the couch and holding hands. Noticed that my sense of smell has improved greatly. There was corn bread on the table on Wednesday. It smelled so good; light, and buttery. And on the plane the lady next to me opened the perfume samples in her magazine, and I caught the scents of citrus and sandlewood. Maybe I'm learning to notice more, appreciate more....??????

Nut! You have lost the exact same as me, in exact same amount of time. So, no jealousy. Besides - not a race! A journey we are doing together. With the result being better health, and living longer (so that we can embarrass our children for all those additional years). LOL!!!!
