It is amazing to pass a milestone. Dropping below 150 - so cool! 1.5 more pounds, and the total will be 10 lost. The minor milestones along the path are helping me so much. As soon as I get to 148 (10 lost), then the next milestone will be 145. Just think... soon I'll actually be the weight that is on my drivers license! (LOL)
