Happy New Week, my Best Buddies:
Some days I feel like I am just fumbling along even though I have concrete goals and a plan. Idiot Boxes spiked up; but I did lift heavier yesterday and muscles retain water in the repair mode.
OR, I suspect, I am getting too many carbs in my macro percentages. I know - calories in, calories out - but for me personally, quality also matters. Back to the cut this week.
I fear my caliper session will show a fat gain based on the Idiot Boxes - not lean muscle gain - though I am stronger than I was a couple months ago. I think I will cry if that happens. Really, I will.

Short Range Goals: * Maintain "new" macros to be closer to original goal weight on Idiot Boxes by Nov. 16 endocrinologist appointment - 160-165 * Complete trainer assessment Nov. 20 to learn new bodyfat percentage * Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
