My snack packs are made. They are high in calories, high in good fats, high in fiber . . . high. I put the recipe in my cook book, but I've ever only had one recipe published, so I guess you'll have to go to my cookbook to see what's in them. I had one at noon and promptly forgot to eat lunch. It's 3:11 p.m. and I'm still not hungry, so I would say they work. This way, I won't be so tempted to hit cheap, fast food when I'm out all day, like I was yesterday. LOL!

Hey that's great, that's like me and my granola, it was a calorie hit, but it stuck with me and it was delicious. Sounds like your snack packs are worth it. Make sure to add some variety, that's when I am most likely to fail is if I get bored!

Steph, they are probably too high in carbs for you. Bren, I hope you had a great evening too. Crowned, I kind of went crazy on them yesterday because they tasted so good, but the plan is just to keep one in my purse for emergencies, so I doubt I'll get bored. LOL!
