Yesterday was a pretty good day, except calorie-wise! I drank three 16-oz bottles of water, practiced piano for 30 minutes (wanted to do an hour), and walked TWO miles, watched a 1-hour motivational webinar, got a closet about halfway cleaned out, went to grocery store, cooked cabbage, and baked potatoes for hubby, and I only drank 8 cans of diet caffeine-free root beer.
