The only things I’ve been consistently doing right are (1) cutting Diet Coke from 12 cans a day to less than 8 (the therapist said I only needed to cut the total down by 2 cans/day each week), (2) practicing piano, and (3) keeping up to date on my Bible reading. Well, I also hosted a birthday party for my grandson and today I made four batches of Chicken ‘n Dumplin’s for my son, whose birthday is on Sunday. I’m also making him a Chocolate Bar Cake.
Counseling Telehealth appointment is tomorrow. The stress has caused me to fall back into a bad habit of doing this thing with my eyes, and I’ve had a lot of neck tension and headaches.
