Well, it’s official. This was the highest calorie week I’ve had in 17 months - an average of 2,544 a day! Gained 4.4 pounds. That’s ok. I’m not going to beat myself up about it. I thoroughly enjoyed some of my favorite foods, and I don’t regret it because I know how to reverse the damage done. The lowest calorie week I’ve had was an average of 1,450 calories a day, and I lost over 5 pounds that week. My game plan for this week is to shoot for 1,800 calories a day, increase walking to at least 3 miles a day, and start drinking water again. Then, repeat until the church Christmas party on 12/16 when I’ll enjoy the special treats, including the Franklin Nut Cake which I’m making. Family Christmas is after church on 12/24.
