Easy meal prep…6oz crockpot chicken breast cooked in chicken bone broth & fresh garlic, 2oz pan fried broccoli w EVOO spray & Himalayan salt, 110g boiled russet pot, 28g 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 1/4tsp ranch powder. 4 meals plus, more chicken left.

It does take some effort, but compared to more complicated recipes, it’s not that bad. I’d rather do it on Sundays because I’m so exhausted throughout the week, it’s harder to cook and do dishes then. Ya know? This way, I only cook smaller dinners a couple days a week. Breakfast and lunch is done!
