No idea what’s happening with my weight. I keep forgetting to weigh first thing in the morning. Maybe it is because my sleep schedule has been so wacko. I would guess that yesterday I was carrying an extra 8-10 pounds in fluid where my leg was swollen from my toes to my thigh. Today, it’s probably “only” closer to 5 pounds in extra swelling weight. Had my grandson rub on some Arnica Bruise Cream yesterday, and I think that helped. My husband just put some more on. Had a tyrant Physical Therapist yesterday. Pushed me too far, in my opinion. I called this morning and requested someone else for 2m0’s session. Twin friends are coming over to help me with my PT exercises while my husband is at church. Friends bringing lunch today.
