Walking is going well. Today was my 31st day of walking 3 miles a day! Five months of walking at least a mile a day. Haven’t missed a day, PTL. My knees have been doing better for the most part. But the middle of my back has started hurting when I walk. Thankfully, I have a nice massager that I can put on it frequently!
I Indulged in another Chocolate Chip Muffin today, and had two breakfasts. Not good. Tomorrow will be better. We only have two muffins left, and im letting my husband have them both.
Took my grandson to the doctor today and he got a good report. The doctor was very impressed with his progress and my record-keeping. She said she wished I could help all of her encopresis patients! He has to continue the full daily dose of MiraLAX for another week, then we can start gradually decreasing to 3/4, 1/2, 1/4 dose and then every other day until he can go off it, and still have soft stools.
