Hooray! Down a pound yesterday and another pound today! Still on target to stay under 1,440 average calories per day this week. Today’s total will be a little higher because my husband wants hot dogs, coleslaw, and baked beans for lunch (over 500 calories for that meal). But the rest of the week will be lower because we’re having Chinese Casserole for lunches, and that meal is less than 350. I’m enjoying my fruit! The cantaloupe is flavorless and I’m going to toss it, but the honeydew, grapes and cherries are very sweet! Hope you are all having a great week! It feels good to be back in the groove after two weeks of indulgences.
