Weight down to 218.8 this morning, hallelujah!Hadn’t seen the 218’s yet. Only 2/10 of a pound more, and I will have lost 40 pounds. That’s like carrying around FIVE one-gallon jugs of milk at a time.
My knee hasn’t required any Voltaren in a few days, PTL! It still hurts, but not as badly.
Grandson (6) coming over today. I’m going to teach him how to make Jackstraws (some people call them Haystacks - butterscotch chips melted, then add a cup of peanuts and a can of Asian Crispy Rice Noodles, and drop by Tbsp to cool. I think one is 111 calories. I put it in my FS cookbook.
When my grand daughter comes on Thursday, I’m going to teach her to make Pecan Dreams (just butter, flour, a little sugar and pecans made into balls, cooked, then rolled in powdered sugar (when hot and again after cooling.). I’m also going to teach her how to make Spinach Dip.
