Good morning (4am). I got a good night's sleep. Weight this morning down by over a pound - 253.2. I'm thankful that I'm moving AWAY from the dreaded 258, at which I was last Christmas. Total calories yesterday were 2,351, but exercise was 3,166, so I still had a calorie deficit of 815 calories. Without the walking, I'd be in big trouble!
Woke up with a sty night before last. It is even worse this morning - my eye is almost swelled shut. I think the swelling might also be allergy-related. If it's not one thing, it's another with me lately.
Hoping to have a victorious day today! Don't have to be out for four hours like I was yesterday, so I should be able to get in more walking than yesterday's mere 2 miles. Guess I'll get started on that NOW. Best wishes to each of you for a successful Tuesday!
