To those caregivers Ever wonder if they care as much for you as you do for them? I cancelled an appointment today to get a day off and was assured someone would take care of the appt. Guess what? They didn't show and the woman called me. I quickly scheduled an appt with her for tomorrow. So much for the weekend! I don't leave people missing service. Dag gone it! On a happier note, hope no one is offended but I heard the funniest remark to hot food:
"It's hotter than a doorknob on a whorehouse on payday" LMAO!!!!
As this was my weekend for cooking, I promised her a homecooked meal: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and vegetable normandy with Terriaki honey ginger sauce. Hello Nurse! lol It's cooking as I type this!

UPDATE she loved it! ate it all and believe me I gave her a double portion of everything. Tonight I am marinating chicken thighs in buttermilk and hot sauce. Will be bringing dinners to two of my favorite people this week. I love to cook. I cut up carrots, celery, cucumber and bell peppers and will serve as an appetizer with no cal dressing (Walden Farms it's the greatest). Chicken thighs, mashed potatoes and broccoli normandy with terriakyi ginger sauce.
