Today starts week two of elimination. I started at exactly 240 lbs and weighed in this morning at 234.6. I feel better . . . a lot better. I'm now wondering what food/foods I'm allergic to. My psoriasis is clearing. My aches have almost stopped. I'm still too tired all the time. The first three days were the hardest. After that, it was great. The cravings have stopped! I'm keeping a daily journal of symptoms and reactions. Onward!
