I'm back from the Lilies War, my 10 day, medieval camp out. I turned 70 the first day of the camp out, June 13th. I spent that day doing heavy lifting and setting up tents and camps. At the war I taught classes, held a competition, collected lots of hugs and, in general, wore myself out. My weight has been slowly creeping back up and I'm scared. My resolve just seems to be so weak. I haven't spent a lot of time on FS, though I have continued to journal my food intake. I've been a terrible buddy the last nine months. I'll do my best to rectify that. I only have one more project that has a tight deadline, 12 yards of woven fabric. Then I can slow down a bit as long as I keep working at a steady pace. I hope my buddies are still willing to give me feedback and an occasional kick-in-the-butt!
