Good morning! Down a pound this morning, hallelujah. Been allowing 1/2 ounce of cashews on my Cheesy Chicken Risotto or Crustless Chicken Pot Pie, which has put me 2-3g over the 20g Net Carb goal, but I've still kept the fat at 70% every day and stayed in ketosis. Having my "morning tea" with Heavy Whipping Cream in it a couple times a day has kept me on target. Started Keto on the 27th at 248, so I've lost 3 pounds in 5 days. VERY happy with those results. Will probably continue Keto for at least another week, and then switch to Low Calorie for a week or two to make sure I'm getting in all the vegetables, and not making myself feel "deprived," which could lead to failure. Thanks for everyone that is on this journey with me. As many of you know, it has been a very rocky road for a very long time, so it feels really good to have smooth sailing during this time.
