NEW record on walking today! I went out this morning and walked the perimeter of the property PLUS added a bunch of zig-zagging between the church buildings for a total of 1.2 miles. THEN, I just walked again and made my total for the day 2.0 miles! I'm really stoked! I WOULD have walked more, but I needed to (rather urgently) go to the bathroom, LOL. I have to pick up my grandson at 2:30, and maybe I'll do yet ANOTHER walk with him. I decided today that one of my new affirmations is that I'm going to walk a 5K this year! I'm "in training!" Thanks to all of you for your encouragement! Just started on my SIXTH book for this year so far - all motivational. Something's working!!!
