I know I shouldn't look at the scale, but sometimes I get curious after eating within my limits and feeling good. I'll admit that it was disheartening to see that somehow I gained weight. I thought maybe it could be fluid retention, but I look a lot better than before and don't seem as bloated as I used to. I tried reducing my carb intake-nkt to low carb, but lower carb if that makes sense. My body is achy from the gym, but maybe I need to start incorporating some HIIT in instead of LISS for now...
